Liability

Sue Jersey Tour Guide accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property, from any cause whatsoever, in connection with your booked tour.

Clients should be aware that walking tours will involve gentle to moderate walking in urban street conditions, in varying weather. Each client should satisfy him/herself that he/she is sufficiently fit, and in possession of the appropriate clothes and equipment.

Photographs/film

During your tour, photographs and film may be taken by a representative of Sue Jersey Tour Guide of you and your group, which may be used for advertising/social media purposes etc, without obtaining any further consent, or payment in respect of such photographs and/or films. Unless consent has been provided, no photographs/film will be taken of any children under the age of 16.

General Terms

It is your responsibility to meet your guide at the agreed time, which is usually 10 minutes before the start of the tour, to allow for check-in and other administration.  If you have booked a ticket for a public tour, the tour guide and group will not wait for you as this is unfair to our guests that are on time for this tour.  Late arrivals who miss their tour will be considered a no-show and will not receive a refund or credit voucher for any reason.  If you have booked a private tour, the tour guide will wait, however the tour time will be reduced, and will finish at the agreed pre-booked time.

Medical/mobility

If you have any medical or mobility issues, this must be advised at the time of booking.  Most of our tours are not suitable for those with mobility issues, and we take no responsibility if guests are unable to access vehicles or sites due to these issues.

Dogs

Guide dogs are welcome on our tours.

Where it is indicated only well behaved dogs are allowed on the tours.  It is essential that they remain under the supervision of the owner (person on the tour).
